Sterling Resort Group LLC, founded in September of 2003, is a full service timeshare company, specializing in development, management, sales, and marketing.   Sterling Resort Group is owned by Mr. Richard G. Kearns, Jr. a timeshare veteran of 25 plus years.

Mr. Kearns has successfully collaborated on the acquisition, development, management, sales and marketing of timeshare resort projects throughout the Eastern United States and in the Caribbean. He is directly responsible for over $300 million in timeshare sales.

Mr. Kearns proven track record qualifies him to offer a full range of vacation-oriented products that can be tailored specifically for the most unique properties imaginable.  He has a long and successful history of taking a project from infancy to millions of dollars in sales in record time with optimum efficiency and profitability. 

Mr. Kearns was the National Sales and Marketing Director for Inn Group Associates and Eastern Resorts Company for ten years. In 1999 Equivest acquired Eastern Resorts where he continued to serve as the National Sales and Marketing Director until Cendant acquired Equivest where Mr. Kearns served as a Regional VP for Fairfield Resorts. During his tenure he has opened telemarketing offices, developed marketing alliances, and nurtured strong sales teams throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and in the Mid-Atlantic States.
